Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed.

17ph strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. 17ph reserves the right to make 2FA mandatory for certain account actions, including large withdrawals, at any time.
You are responsible for logging out of your 17ph account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. 17ph is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to properly secure your session on shared devices.
17ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and direct bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (โฑ).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 17ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 17ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 17ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 17ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or cyberattacks.
