Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed.

You must notify 17ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 17ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may be held liable for losses incurred by 17ph or other parties due to unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
17ph strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. 17ph reserves the right to make 2FA mandatory for certain account actions, including large withdrawals, at any time.
You are responsible for logging out of your 17ph account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. 17ph is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to properly secure your session on shared devices.
17ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and direct bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 17ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 17ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 17ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 17ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or cyberattacks.
17ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 17ph.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
17ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 17ph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
